About the Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale secure, privacy-first infrastructure in a fast-growing Web3 environment. You’ll work closely with protocol engineers and security teams to ensure resilient, decentralized systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for blockchain-based applications
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and uptime
  • Collaborate on secure deployment practices, focusing on privacy-preserving technologies
  • Automate operational processes and incident response workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)
  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure (Ethereum nodes, RPC services, etc.)
  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
  • Understanding of security best practices in decentralized systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience with zero-knowledge proofs or privacy-focused protocols
  • Contributions to open-source Web3 projects
  • Knowledge of networking and cryptographic principles
