About the Role

Join a leading DeFi platform to architect and manage mission-critical infrastructure supporting financial protocols handling millions in daily transactions. You’ll play a key role in scaling systems securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for smart contract and backend deployments
• Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across teams

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, preferably in fintech or crypto
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Strong Kubernetes and microservices architecture experience
• Experience managing high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions)
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Go, Python, or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience with MEV, trading systems, or liquidity protocols
• Background in financial systems or high-frequency trading environments
• Knowledge of security audits and compliance frameworks
